雨生百谷，故曰谷雨，是春季的最后一个节气。
GrainRainoriginatesfromtheoldsaying,"Rainbringsupthegrowthofhundredsofgrains,"anditisthelastsolartermofspring.
正所谓“春雨贵如油”，降雨量充足而及时，谷类作物才能茁壮成长。此时，寒潮天气基本结束，气温回升加快，华南地区往往开始明显多雨，“冷气暖湿一相逢，便造就降雨无数”。

“春酿贵如金”，仍不失为现代酿酒人的工作指南。取干净的瓷缸，先放入冰糖，再放入晾干的桂花，最后倒入糯米酒，放入粮仓。一个月后，酒就开始变为乳黄色，时间越久，颜色越加黄亮，味道也越透醇香。一放、一舀、一收，觥筹之间，好像是千年历史风雨里走出来的礼乐盛事，任凭风烟明明灭灭，唯有那朴实的谷物和寄情的希望仿佛永不褪色，醉人的酒香也在时间里愈加醇厚，悠然流淌，沁人心脾。每次开坛前，酿酒人的内心或多或少会有一些忐忑。而这种忐忑，是对“酿造出最入魂的那滴味道”的追寻和希望。
